Lubri.ai by Abeille

The platform

One companion. Your range, your accounts, your prices.

Lubri is a web and mobile app that sits on top of the data you already have (technical data sheets, approval matrices, the price list, the CRM) and turns it into answers a rep can use in front of a customer.

How it is built

Three layers

Layer 01

Lubricant domain

Viscosity grades, specifications, OEM approvals, base oil groups, thickeners, applications and pack formats, held as structured data. This layer arrives already built. It is what makes Lubri a lubricants product rather than a general assistant.

Layer 02

Your catalogue and commercials

Your TDS and SDS libraries, approval letters, cross-reference tables, positioning, price lists, rebate schemes and margin floors. Loaded with citations, so an answer can be traced to the document it came from.

Layer 03

Your accounts, live

CRM and ERP connections bring in accounts, equipment, consumption, pricing history, open offers and credit status, so the advice is about the customer in front of the rep.

What's in the app

Modules

Switch on what your data supports. None of these needs the others to be useful.

01

Ask Lubri

AI coaching

How it worksA conversational coach trained on your playbooks, data sheets and past deals. A rep asks it the question the workshop owner just asked, rehearses the price-increase call, or gets a debrief on the way out of the plant.

Why it mattersEvery rep gets a sales manager's coaching on demand, in their own language. Managers see who is practising and where it sticks.

02

Product knowledge

Products and approvals

How it worksYour catalogue, viscosity grades, OEM approvals, cross-reference tables and pack sizes, searchable and explained for the equipment in front of the rep.

Why it mattersNew reps are credible in weeks instead of a year, and the answer to the technical question is the one product management intended.

03

Account intelligence

Clients and channels

How it worksEach account pulled from the CRM and your ERP into one briefing: mix, volumes, pricing history, open offers and next step, direct or through a distributor.

Why it mattersMeeting prep drops from an hour to a minute, and nobody walks into a workshop without knowing what was promised last time.

04

Build and benchmark

Offer simulator

How it worksPrices a proposal inside your pricing rules and against the account's current terms, shows the margin at today's base oil cost, and produces a customer-ready summary.

Why it mattersOffers go out in the meeting instead of days later, and discounting stops being the default way to close.

05

Know the market

Competitors

How it worksRival ranges, pack sizes, promotions and approvals, built from your market intelligence and updated by what reps report from the field.

Why it mattersObjections about the competition get a factual answer, and product management hears about a rival's promotion the day it lands.

06

Signals from the field

Field report

How it worksOne tap to log what the rep just heard: a competitor price, an oil-analysis complaint, a fleet changing drain intervals. Tagged by account and topic, routed to the right desk.

Why it mattersField knowledge reaches the people who need it. Sales, product and technical work from the same picture.

Capabilities

What's inside

Which capabilities are switched on depends on your plan, your integrations and your rollout. We scope the configuration with you before go-live.

Conversational by design

Reps ask in plain language and get an answer with the source attached. No training course needed to use it.

Grounded in your data sheets

Technical data sheets, safety data sheets, approval letters and cross-reference tables become the companion's memory, with citations.

Viscosity and approval logic

Grade, specification and OEM approval matching is handled as structured data, not inferred from prose.

Multilingual

Nine languages at launch, tuned to your technical vocabulary, your brand names and your tone of voice.

Works offline in the field

Built for a phone in a workshop with no signal: queued questions and field reports sync when the bars come back.

Human experts, one click away

Abeille's network of lubricant sales veterans sits behind Lubri. Escalate to a person when the deal warrants it.

Your systems

Integrations

Lubri pulls context from, and pushes updates back into, your platforms, including custom ones. If it exposes an API or a database, we can connect it.

CRM
Salesforce · HubSpot · Microsoft Dynamics 365 · Pipedrive
ERP
SAP · Oracle · NetSuite · Dynamics
Product data
TDS and SDS libraries · approval matrices · cross-reference tables
Pricing
price lists · rebate and bonus schemes · base oil indices
Field
oil analysis reports · telematics · service histories
Custom
in-house databases and legacy tools; if it has an API, we connect it

Two-way sync comes with validation, audit trails and human review where it matters. Nothing is written back to your CRM that a rep has not seen.

Getting you live

Rollout

01
Scoping
A session on your range, your channels and the one thing you most want to fix. We agree the data sources and which modules go in the pilot.
02
Loading
Your data sheets, approval matrix and price list are loaded and checked by a lubricants specialist, not dumped into an index.
03
Connection
Read access to the CRM, then ERP and pricing if they are in scope. Permissions mirror the roles you already have.
04
Pilot
One sales team, live, with a single training session. We watch the questions it gets asked and tune the answers it gives.
05
Rollout
Language by language, market by market, with managers getting the practice and adoption view from day one.

Pricing on request

Bring your hardest technical question.

We will run the demo against it: a grade match, an approval, a cross-reference to a competitor product. Pricing is quoted after a scoping conversation.
