Security, privacy and confidentiality
Formulations, prices and margins.
Lubri is built for teams handling commercially sensitive information: additive packages, blend ratios, customer-specific pricing. The controls, hosting and data residency are agreed with you and set out in your contract.
Your data stays yours
Your content is isolated to your own workspace and is never sold or used to train shared or third-party models.
Permissions mirror your CRM
Access and visibility follow your existing CRM roles, so reps only see what they are already entitled to see.
Encrypted end to end
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with authentication and access controls on every request.
You choose the sources
You decide which sources the companion can read and retain. Formulations and additive packages can be scoped, masked or excluded.
Deployment to your standards
Hosting region, data residency and retention periods are configured to your compliance requirements.
You stay in control
Export, review or delete your data on request, with audit trails available depending on your plan.
This page is a summary, not a contract. Exact security measures, certifications and data-processing terms are defined in your agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
AI training
“Does our data train your model?”
No. Your workspace is isolated, and your documents, prices and account data are never used to train shared or third-party models. The lubricant knowledge that makes Lubri useful on day one is built from public standards, published literature and our own expertise, not from another customer's formulations.
You choose which sources the companion can read. Anything you would not hand a new area manager on their first day can be scoped out, masked, or kept out of the workspace entirely.
If your procurement team needs the long version, ask us for the security pack when you request a demo.

Bring your security questionnaire.
We would rather answer it before the demo than after. Send it over and we will come back with the pack.
