How we handle the personal data you send us through this website. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Lubri.ai is a product of Abeille Ltd. Abeille Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the demo-request form, we collect:
- your name, work email address, company and (optionally) your role;
- your country and the size of your sales team;
- what you are interested in and the message you write;
- whether you opted in to our occasional email updates.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this website. The only third-party scripts we may load are Google reCAPTCHA, to tell a person from a bot on the form, and the fonts served by Google Fonts.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange a demo and, if you asked for it, send you occasional updates. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who sees it
Your request reaches the Abeille sales team. We use third-party processors for hosting and email delivery, under contract and bound to confidentiality. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train shared AI models.
How long we keep it
As long as the business relationship, or the prospect of one, is live, and then for as long as we need it to meet legal obligations. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Customer data inside the product
This policy covers the website. Data processed inside a Lubri workspace (your documents, prices and account records) is governed by your service agreement and its Data Processing Addendum, not by this page. See Security & privacy for a summary of how that works.
